Check in was quick and easy. They didn't have our two rooms together but were able to change so we could be beside my mother. There is still a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. The rooms could use an upgrade, especially the carpets and chairs. Huge tv with great channel selection. Looking forward to checking out the breakfast in the morning.

Bathroom/amenities were clean and well organized. The room itself smelled like wet dog and since we noticed the room was pet friendly we thought the person before us must have had a large or wet dog. The beds were also hard and uncomfortable. Will think twice about staying here again.

I am 72 and traveling with a 13 year old dog...i sent email requesting ground floor but was told no and put on second floor...no elevator. Had to haul my my dog and luggage up 2 stairs and all the way to the other end of building. When i went downstairs to check out i almost passed out. Wont book this hotel again

Staff were pleasant, we loved the snack section beside the front desk. Our room was decent and we are so grateful they allow pets. Parking is very convenient, we could use the sliding door and park steps away from our room. Only complaint is the bathroom showed its age (shower sealant was cracked and mold stained).
