Bed was moderately comfortable. Rooms well-designed for storage and a separate sitting area with a TV (we got a room with two queen beds). Area around the hotel was designed more for travelers coming off the interstate—more concrete than green for sure! It was an adequate stay. No real complaints but not remarkable either.

The food service attendant is really nice and her customer service is phenomenal. The front desk assistants were also very nice and we are well accommodated when we checked in late at night. Their manner is very pleasant.

Clean, Modern, Quiet

We stayed in Ellensburg recently, and the Holiday Inn Express was very clean, quiet, had a welcoming staff, and a terrific continental breakfast. Our room was large, modern, and comfortable. Even though we didn't bring our pets, they were a pet friendly option with places to walk dogs.

Glad some things don’t change

I am pleased to write that I had a typical Holiday Inn Express experience in Ellensburg. The place looked fresh and new, check-in was quick and handled by a friendly and competent staff member, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a large assortment of tasty choices for breakfast in the morning.
