Decent hotel. Our room seemed to have had some water damage that was poorly repaired. Breakfast was decent. Really the biggest complaint is noise levels with hallway noises.

The noise factor in this hotel was absolutely awful!!! There were people and kids running around until after midnight even after alerting the front desk! Nothing was done,.that is NOT customer service. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows flat. The bathroom had no fan, who builds a bathroom with no fan! I was charged $60 for my dog to stay 2 nights and given a hard time by the front desk person that i should have notiifed them not expedia when booked please note to pet parents! The website site said $10 night. I will not be back!!!! To bad because Holiday Inn Express are pretty reliable but not his one! Buyer be ware

Ran the shower a LONG time and never got hot water. Ridiculous coffee set up for breakfast. It’s novel that each cup is ground and brewed to order. However it created a huge backup that was unnecessary if we could have just poured it from an urn.

The room was good. Front desk was very courteous and seemed generally interested and asking things about my trip, etc. I didn't get the best sleep due to consistently loud other guests in rooms around mine all night. Didn't bother to complain for to not wanting to But that will vary might to night and depending who else is staying.

They were willing to give us a room away from the elevators when we checked in and most importantly, Izzy, from housekeeping, found all of our sons treasured stuffed animals hidden under the covers after we had checked out and set them aside for us. We realized we had forgotten them as we were leaving town and were able to pick them up, avoiding heartbreak for our five year old. Thank you!!
