The DiSalvo Lakehouse

This beautiful home is just minutes from Sister Bay on the banks of Rowleys Bay overlooking Lake Michigan. It's a beautiful, spacious home, but at the same time it offers an intimate lake-house feel. Within a couple blocks, there is a boat marina, zip-lining, a boat launch and slips, along with segway tours.   During the Winter months you will find trails for cross-country skiing and a cozy fireplace to warm up. We recently added an outdoor pizza kitchen to create a wonderful experience for our guests!

It includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 3 spacious bedrooms on mail level, including master suite with King Bed (Purple Hybrid 3 mattress with electric base) and in-suite bathroom. Two other bedrooms feature Queen beds and second bathroom on main level. 4th bedroom with 4 twin beds (2 bunk sets) and a full bath upstairs through a spiral staircase. 3 of the bedrooms have panoramic views of the bay and Lake Michigan. We just completed a renovation of the kitchen, newly expanded deck with ping pong table, and plenty of room for entertaining, both bathrooms on first floor along with installing a new HVAC system which adds Central air for the Summer! All mattresses are brand new this year! Leather sofa in living room is a Queen sofa sleeper.

We provide 3 kayak’s, 3 paddle boards and one three-person canoe for all guest use. We also have plenty of yard games to enjoy lakeside. On the side of the house we have all boats stored along with a yard bin with multiple games including life size Jenga, Bocci Ball and Bags.

The home offers a well appointed, updated kitchen, H/E washer/dryer, 3 decks with lake views, 2 Weber grills, one gas, one charcoal. We do offer a Keurig coffee maker along with a standard Coffee maker as well. Smart TV's in Livingroom, Master and Bunk room with hi-speed wifi, featuring YouTubeTV, along with access to sign into Netflix, Disney Plus, etc…. We also have a selection of movies, books, and family games! This is our own family vacation home, so we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
