I paid for a room...no one would stay in. Expedia needs to reimburse me. Your system is not good. This motel should be bulldozed, the staff was embarrassed. How can anyone pay for a room, tell the manager I can't stay here and not get a refund. I need to be reimbursed and Expedia should have a person the talk to. I found a room within minutes fur the same price that was great. The pictures were correct. Motel 6 is a scam here

Tried to do a favor for a mother who was homeless in an emergency due to a domestic violence situation. They were kicked out due to noise. Unfortunate when the kids are in distress and obviously acting out in fear. Now they are living out of their car and I was not refunded my money. Sad statement for society. No need to do business with Motel 6 again

Inconvenient and gross

The fridge, microwave, and tv were unplugged when we got to our room, so we had to spend a bunch of time moving furniture to get to the plug before we could warm up our food and relax. The remote was crusty. Very inconvenient and gross after an 8 hour drive.
