Staff was very nice. Let me check in early and view beautiful. The light switch shocked me when i switched it on by the bed (a few times) and it was incredibly dirty spots on mirror, chips on desk crumbs on the floor. Bed looked unkept and fridge was brown and broke. I would try to get another hotel if possible.

Great hotel on the bay in Erie. Staff was extremely courteous and came to work through winter storm Ezra. Loved the bar in the evening and the Starbucks in the morning. Easy covered parking.

Erie's best hotel. The views are incredible. Staff are overall great but the bar staff, and manager Chris are phenomenal. They add immense value to the experience. I highly recommend this property.

The whole set up was warm and inviting. Employees were nice and informative. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again. However I did have one complaint! The signs at the hotel, that were to get to other places that were connected to them. They sucked!!

Wife is allergic to dogs cats, can't you have rooms/floors pets are never allowed in? Also, not in your control but cig smoke was coming through bathroom/fan? Assuming someone was trying to hide cig smoking with fan on in another room. My wife also has asthma...so these factors are important t us.
