Thank you for the great stay at your hotel from Jan 18 to Jan 21, 2026. Every thing from the room to the buffet breakfast to the incredible staff was amazing. The only thing we missed was a microwave in our room and a safe, the absence of both these items seemed odd in a Hyatt hoitel.

I need to give the maintenance team five stars. During my stay, I had an issue with the drain pipe. When the repair staff arrived and inspected, he immediately informed that it would be a lengthy and noisy remedy. He approached me and asked if I would agree with moving to another room. He immediately went downstairs and grabbed me the room key so I could begin moving my belongings. I admire how he works and thinks beyond the client. Thanks!!

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Fairbanks. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is spotless, emitting a fresh scent. The pool is well-kept, and everyone I met was cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was nice. It had several options so all the kids found something they liked. It was very clean. Staff was very nice. Parking was super easy and several outlets to plug cars in.

Staff was rude, Staff didn't show up to work so kitchen was closed couldn't order dinner. When kitchen was open for breakfast the milk was sour. Food was cold. Charged $150 to my account without telling me in case we did damage that will be refunded in a week that caused me to overdraw which would hsve been fine if I had known ahead of time to cover it first. Bad service. No shuttle for one activity I had planned and no help from front desk on how to get Uber or taxi.

They offer pickup service from the airport even though we were flying in during the middle of the night. We didn’t rent a car at first but still manage to walk around and grab food with places to shop at walking distance. I would choose this again if I ever return to the city.
