I Didn't Get to Stay and Staybridge

Well, i didn't actually stay in Staybridge because i went to check in, and they said my room had flooded. So, they set me up with a room at the homewood suites across the parking lot. They were very kind in making sure we got a good room and everything, but I was a bit disappointed. The Homewood was certainly in poorer condition, and didnt have the.spaces that Staybridge had which made ne choose the room. They said we could still use the communal areas, but it felt kind of weird so we left and stuck to the room. A real bummer for the final day of our vacation.

This could easily have been one of my favorite hotel stays ever, but some things were lacking. The facility is beautiful, and the suites setup was great, but some of the upkeep was lacking. Your keycards easy get erased if they're placed near a phone in your pocket. Some of the locks didn't work intermittently. The daytime staff were fantastic. They hosted a wonderful breakfast everyday and the evening social hours were fantastic. All in all, a wonderful stay for the money spent.

Our family stay was great! We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was great for a family of 5. The staff was so nice and helpful. The pool was great! Fitness center was roomy with heavy enough weights. I would stay here again and again!

We like rhe hotel when we started using this in the ladt year . But the last 2 times we stated once in feb 6-11 and march 27-31. We had to change room because of the air conditioner bot working. The roome were on the 3rd floor and the first floor. There were broken wall plates. I dont think we woll stay there again. At least this time we haf not unpacked yet. But in feb when we changed room. We had unpacked slept a night there they told us the next day it would get fixed we left for over 5 hrs. It was not. We had tp pack up and move across the hotel from one side to the other side.

The room was great and clean, love the separation of bedroom from livingroom space. The elevators had broken sanitizer dispensers hanging from them and are in desperate need of vacuuming and or new carpets.

Okay for the price point and extended stays

Overall, it was a good stay. I don't know if it was a family reunion or get-together, but Saturday was crowded and noisy. The staff supported me greatly, going above and beyond to get me ice and towels. Gabriela, on staff, was super helpful and could be counted on for the best information. She came to the rescue time and time again.

Killed a cockroach on night one. two more spotted on night two...in our room. While in the pool, which was nice and quiet, the light fell out.. I had to get my kids out right quick. The hot tub was nice and hot, but when the jets turned on they were spewing out cold water.

2nd time ive stayed at this Staybridge. The staff are always so helpful. The building and rooms are really starting to show signs of wear and tear. Equipment in the breakfast area has been brokwn since my last stay.

We have a family of 3 and our dog. The hotel is very well prepared with a place for dogs to go outside and easy clean up. Our dog was welcomed by staff and it was a treat to be greeted by friendly staff members every time we entered the lobby! We had a wonderful stay!

Hotel staff had to charge my card 3 times after already paying for my suite for a incidental charge, hottub and pool was closed until the day of our checkout, soda machine and juice machine were broken, bags of trash littered the halls as no cleaning crew came through.

Infested with ants daily, refrigerator went out twice, housekeeping half cleaned the rooms, faulty/cheap door knobs/hinges falling off in rooms, key cards kept deactivating, some of the staff were not friendly, breakfast was late some mornings, juice machine never worked at all, people that didn’t stay at the hotel was allowed to eat the food, limited towels, ice machine never worked,etc,… The hotel prices were never consistent. Most cases you had to wait at the front desk a long time to speak to someone. Foreign maintenance man only latched things up and was never really working to fix things the right way.

Hotel overbooked!

First, I booked my stay at Staybridge Suites and was moved to Homewood Suites because the hotel oversold so my reservation was moved. Secondly, I got a room that wasn't what I had booked and it was filthy and smelled terrible. I went down to the front desk and Alex was very helpful and gave me a new room with a sofa bed in the living area. This room, the tv in the living room didn't work and it seemed smaller than what I had reserved at Staybridge. I intentionally booked Staybridge over Homewood because it seemed nicer and more spacious. Finally, they serve breakfast until 10 am. We get down there at 9:20 and all the sausage is gone so there is no proteins, the bananas were bruised and I was told that they will not make more sausage since breakfast is almost over. Is breakfast served until 9:20 or 10? Besides the staff at the front desk being friendly and professional, the rest of the experience was disappointing and not what was described when I booked my stay.
