The sofa bed was dirty and even if it was clean and I was willing to let my daughter sleep on it there were not any blankets and stuff in the room for it. The bed was not comfortable at all. There was hardly any water pressure in our room. The pool was freezing! Definitely NOT worth the money :-(

Our stay here was enjoyable. The check-in was easy and the room was very spacious. The room included a microwave and mini fridge which was convenient. The design of the rooms is a little bit dated now, but it still offered a comfortable stay. The pool and hot tubs were a nice way to spend some time at the end of a long day of travel so that was great to have. The location is not bad with some shopping nearby. You have to drive to get to most places in Fargo so that didn't factor in to our decision to stay there that much. The continental breakfast was pretty average as far as hotels go. The reception was not able to provide me a receipt for our stay and I was told to go through Expedia, which I thought was a little bit strange since other hotels have been able to give me a receipt with no problem. Overall, you get decent value when you stay here so if you're just passing by its a great choice. If you'd like a better hospitality experience overall, you would be better off choosing another hotel at a higher price point.

We stayed just 1 night with 2 of our grandchildren. They liked the water park area but the water was too cold for me. There are 2 hot tubs so that was good. The breakfast was ok. It had a lot of options including sausage and biscuits. That was my pick but both were cold so that's disappointing. The gal dumped the cold can of gravy in the warmer and it was still cold 15 min later so I gave up and just had some yogurt. Overall we had a good stay.

The staff was really great and approachable. The only thing I can honestly say is a little frustrating is when you get charged when you make the reservation and then they add on a deposit when you get there. And it's not only this hotel it's every hotel. I don't mind if they charge for that but why not charge it when you make the reservation? It truly puts a person a pickle sometimes when they are planning activities in the area.

This property was convenient to the venues I needed to access for a tournament I attended, as well as to the hotels that other family members were using. I was on the top floor, so it was quiet. However, other families with youth used the lobby and breakfast area as gathering places, so the 1st floor was busy! Awesome features of this property included games for families to use in the breakfast area (no doubt when travelers are there due to blizzard road closures, but also for tournament go-ers like myself and my family), a cute pool with a slide, and a comfortable sofa to use while doing laundry. The shower was warm, the towels were absorbent, the sheets were crisply clean. I had a king "suite" with a desk, separate table for eating, and a small couch. I would recommend!
