The place is no longer Park Inn by Radisson. It’s now a motel 6. Still waiting on a refund. Was only able to stay 1 night. Room was dirty, stains all over be sheets and on furniture. Do not stay here.

Key car immediately did not work, sheets, pillows, and mattress were stained , no staff to be found, filthy room with food on the floor from previous occupant, broken door handle, and cockroaches in the room

I went to check in. And told me there was no record of my reservation. Then i said i wanted refund and i was told i couldnt get one because it was past a certain time. I made the reservation maybe 30 minutes before i arrived at hotel.. after i left i was messaging back and forth for 30 minutes before i was told i would bet my refund..

52 degrees when we arrived in the room. Refrigerator and microwave pulled out of the room. No chair to sit on. No shampoo or conditioner. Only 1 washcloth and bath towel, no hand towel. Asked for a blanket and received this nasty stained up blanket I’d wash before I’d let my dog sleep on it. Even though I paid on Expedia, I was asked for my credit card and charged a dollar that was to be returned. Didn’t happen. Still on my charge card. The room was cheap but I had to use 51.00 of my Expedia points making this sh** hole of a room cost me 75 bucks. These owners better figure this out quick or their motel 6 , name change to Radisson will be bankrupt soon!!!

Overall the staff was helpful and the toom was clean. Communication was a bit of a struggle but was manageable and staff was polite above all else. This place definitely delivers on its price range - not fancy, slightly sketch part of town, etc. However, the room was clean and I received no hassle for my dogs, and my pet deposit was refunded promptly. I wouldnt stay here with my family, but would definitely book again in a linch when traveling through.
