Well dont know what the rooms look like because the charged my card before i got there all the way from colorado just to not be able to find the reservation.

I have stayed in this hotel several times before and staff is always great. HOWEVER, this time was a horrible experience. The toilet ran all night I could not do anything to fix it The door to room looked like it had been broken into, There were gaps all around the door that you could see into the hall from. The AC/Heater unit was so noisy you could not sleep with it on Never Park in the area behind the hotel, It is dirty with broken glass and beer bottles scattered. It is dark and unsafe to be back there late at night The overall condition of the room was way below even minimum standards I would be careful about booking this hotel until some serious Maintenace and attention is given to it

Staff-excellent Room-nice Parking-thumbs up Cleanliness- very good Red Flag!!!!! Elevator-….. uh what elevator? No elevator!!! Please alert potential guests of the absence on an elevator. My wife recently had knee replacement surgery and struggled with the stairs.

Needs maintenance updates

There many tjings wrong in the room. Some plugs dont work well with some equipment plugs. The chair was pushed under the desk, had to find a way to take it out from under. The doors squeaked, sink faucet leaks and the toilet is leaking too. The bed was uncomfortable, older and lost support.
