Jewel in the heart of Florence

What an amazing place, from the building to the staff! The hotel is beautiful and located within walking distance of many attractions. The service was the best I've ever experienced in any property. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the one dinner we ate at the Bernini Palace was very good. My only small complaint is that the basic double room was fairly cramped – we would opt for a larger room the next time we visit. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy walking to everything. The front staff provide a brief tour while escorting to room and happily book anything you need. The room was nicely appointed. Breakfast had something for everyone. They even give a complimentary bottle of Chianti to enjoy there or take home.

Perfect location and beautiful hotel. The staff was helpful and attentive from the moment they greeted my taxis both coming and going. The breakfast offered a good variety of food choices although eggs, pancakes and coffee were never warm enough. It is pricey but a good choice .
