I would have appreciated a basic chair, but my spouse really enjoyed the spa lounger! There were bar-style chairs. We didn’t avail of the spa facilities but those that do would find that a big bonus. Kitchen facilities were great. Well located in a quiet neighborhood with access to the bus service and nearby Tabacchi shops to buy bus tickets. We were given fresh towels and coffee every day, and our room was tidied up. There’s also a Coop grocery store nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Room was clean and modern. The bathroom was full of towels, heated each and bathrobes and slippers. The staff at the front desk were great and helped us book taxis and find great places to eat. The location was perfect. We even met the owner and he was incredibly nice and down to earth.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. We had a room facing the street but it was still quiet. Great to have the small kitchen for tea/coffee in the morning. The roof terrace with a view of the Duomo is so nice. Did not use spa. Short walk to all sights and neighborhood near hotel has good restaurants and nightlife.

Pretty well located, perhaps slightly far if you’re not a keen walker. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The suite we had felt a little dated and small things just let it down (such as Wardrobe handles being loose and a very creeky bed). Overall a nice stay.

Rooms are very basic and description of property is not at all like what is advertised on Expedia. Lots of heavy construction surrounding the property and overall not the best place to stay (location wise) in Florence. Not a good value for what you pay for here, there are much better options.
