Lovely, clean room that had the essentials. Room had a small fridge but not a smart TV. Otherwise, the area was good-lots of shops and walking distance to the Uffizi Galleries and the Galleria dell’Accademia di Firenze.

We stayed in hotel Abaco for 2 nights last month. The location is great - a few minutes' walking distance to the main sites, but the property is undeniably OLD. There is a stink throughout, in the room and especially in the bathroom. When we walked in, the first thought was: can we go somewhere else (obviously we can't - nothing is refundable). Everything is old: badly peeling paint, the wood of the doors barely holding together, no lock from the inside, extra beds were a joke. The bathroom is tiny and crammed, the shower barely usable, water pressure barely existent. The staff were accommodating - but there's nothing to do about the condition of the property, really. Breakfast was served in the front hall, a croissant, a bun, and a coffee per person. For the price, I absolutely wished I would have chosen someplace else. Great location - poor value and experience.

We were warmly welcomed. Our room was ready for us any incredibly comfortably. The air worked great after a day of hiking around in the sunshine. We slept comfortable and peacefully with absolutely no sounds from the street, or the hotel, waking us. Breakfast was delicious and filled us for the morning. Service was prompt and cheerful. Would definitely recommend!

Mi experiencia fue muy mala, y si van con maletas les recomiendo no hospedarse, ya que son 60 escalones para subir a la recepción y el hotel (no especifica en la aplicación) mi marido se cayó de la escalera intentando bajar las maletas, fuimos al hospital y ninguno se hizo cargo por los daños ocasionados ni el mal momento que pasamos, el hotel en cierto aspecto es viejo y de mal gusto, sobrecargado de decoración. La habitación es prácticamente una lata de sardinas, el baño indescriptible, se tapa a cada rato y la ducha está prácticamente al lado del inodoro (no sabes si es ducha o bidet) la verdad estamos decepcionados y muy tristes… no los recomiendo en absoluto.

The breakfast was amazing. The only thing was all the stairs we had to climb to get there and the shower in my room barely had water coming out of the shower head other than that the people were nice and very welcoming

Small pension in a very good location. Each room decorated with different artists team, nice! Very helpful staff. The only minus was a steep staircase to the entrance.

Worst bed ever!

Awful, terrible bed. Cannot overstate this enough. Location was great though, so if you like being close to things and don't intend on sleeping or you're making a booking on behalf of someone you don't like, this is the place for you.
