We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating. We received a room upgrade. The breakfast was delicious (we indulged every morning). Although it is a 15 minute walk to the center of Florence, the walk is beautiful, and my wife and I enjoyed the extra steps. Highly recommend.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful outdoor courtyard. Very comfortable rooms. Easy to walk to the heart of Florence but not in the congested thick of things. Highly recommend.

The wine provided for VIP was excellent and all 4 people at the service desk were so helpful and wonderful! Location was ok and you can find about 50 more hotels around to choose because this hotel is extremely old:( o read it was renovated but it means poorly painted in some places and getting new bedding. No air conditioning, no iron boat and very old rusty wooden/metal for pants hangers that ruined my husband pants :( so sad because people working there are great and want you to be happy but … even the coffee tray had webs and long black hair In addition to poorly stocked 2 capsules of coffee and no sugar or anything not tea options . I usually take pictures but here it was everything so poor worn out and or broken so I gave up:( Do not go , tons of options and at the same location so pick something else

It was ok but definitely not 4 star . The rooms are dated . The breakfast buffet was poor . Bathroom was nice and clean. Very good in terms of proximity to city centre
