The first room we were assigned was hot, not clean and very old. I asked the front desk and they were able to give us a new room. It was wonderful! The only complaint we would have is that the room was pretty warm (even after I asked staff to take a look at it) also one of the two elevators was not working so it made for long waiting times when waiting for an elevator. Other then that, the location is great and rooms were clean!

I had 3 night stay at B Ocean hotel. My first day I was given room cards to 1401. Upon entering, their were electrical issue i.e. the entry lights was not working, the bathroom lights were not working, several electrical outlets were not working, and the lamps on side the bed were not working. The room was HOTT and smelled closed up, old, and stagnant of odor. Also, the refrigerator was hott and had standing water in a tray. I went to the front desk to report and I was relocated to another room. Upon entering room 1223, I did an inspection. Yes, the light were coming on, the electrical outlets worked. Unfornately, the last person's food and coca cola wss left in the refrigerator. The food was hard solid which mean it had been there weeks and house keeping did not clean and sanitized the room. I took pictures for front desk/ management. I paid daily resort fees, which I NEVER RECEIVED THE daily 2 BOTTLES OF WATER. I DIDNOT RECEIVED a room cleaning on the 2nd day of my stay. I paid for that as resort fees. I ŵent to front desk , the staff asked, "did I put a do not disturb hanger in the door"? NO, ma'am I never received a door hanger in the room. I paid upward of $700.00 for a nasty, unsafe stay. The website advertise resort and private beach. Please do not be fooled!! The hotels was built in 1956, and YES, IT LOOKS LIKE IT AND AND SMELLS OLD. The property needs a major upgrade and over haul. I sent an email to property management. No response.

Terrible Experience with a nice view.

When we arrived they told us we couldn't use valet because the car was too big. At the lobby there was no carts of lobby men to help with the luggage, my husband and I had to carry all of our stuff to the room while having a baby with us. The AC in the room was super loud and wouldn't let us sleep. There was no trash can in the room nor the bathroom and they told us they would charge us if we requested one. The shower was extremely slippery and the shower head was clogged.

B ocean is a good hotel I had a nice stay, great location for everything. If you want to spend time on the beach, they have great beach private. The pool is OK they have 2 I like that it’s facing beach but it’s so many people and kids feel like it could be a little cleaner or have a Jacuzzi but it’s definitely nice vibe. All the staff are extremely kind the hotel was clean Great view. Breakfast was fresh. Lots of options. Great price.
