Pros: Staff was very friendly and professional, room was very clean, comfortable mattress and pillows, restaurant food was very good, especially the blackened Mahi. Great location with private beach. Cons: clipper rooms in serious need of refresh- worn carpets, fitted sheets elastic worn out so do not stay put and are pilly, entry door to room is open air and did not seal- open at bottom half inch, light visible all around. Wooden doors, cabinets all scuffed up/ scratched/ worn. Chair missing from room. Lock on sliding door to balcony broken. $48.59 resort fee per day and the beach pool was closed for a private event, the bar was also closed for the event, ran out of beach towels at 11am, beach service was limited with no gluten free food options, charged $35 for beach umbrella. $55+tax parking (valet and self park same price). No robes.

Good hotel, I would improve a little bit by getting snacks vending machines, staff was good, good beach, a little bit distant by foot from Las Olas Blvd but a super short ride on Uber.. prices on the extra expensive side, 50$ resorts fees daily for things that are kind of useless, 50$ daily for parking.. but overall ok hotel.

The staff was wonderful!! The boys at the beach were very accommodating and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to get what I asked for. The hotel made me pay $75 to check in 2.5 hours early and I had to pay $30 for an umbrella at the beach which neither was stated beforehand. The A/C never completely cooled the room and there was no weatherstripping around the door so when the night wind started we had to put something heavy against it so it would quit banging. Also, sunlight was shining through crack of the doorframe the first day we were there. The beach was beautiful but the accommodations were disappointing.

The property grounds are well maintained. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I had booked 2 rooms for my family and the cleanliness was lacking. Our shower was filled with mold in the grout.Although, I did find the details on line to be a bit misleading. It stated it was a private beach, which its next to a public access.
