Check-in experience was terrible. Our room was still not ready at the 4pm check-in. We arrived at 10am. Was told at 2pm we were number 2 in line to have our room serviced. Still not ready at 4pm so they gave us another room which you could understand why it was available. The hotel does a lot of business with the cruise ships and our room was perfect for somebody staying one night. We were staying for 4 nights. Not a chair, no drawers for clothes. Was not the room I thought I was getting based on the pictures and what I paid for. Our Monday was terrible. They had the main pool and outdoor bar closed all day for a wedding that took place on the beach around 4pm and also closed the beach and the beach bar as well. You know this wedding was planned in advance so notice should have been given when we booked our room at the end of November. We would have looked at another place since we lost a whole day at B and had to find other activities away from the hotel. We got a survey from B and said to text them if you weren't going to rate them a 10. I texted them and got confirmation that somebody would contact me shortly. Never heard from them. Not a bad hotel if you are taking or coming back from a cruise and need a place to stay for the night. Definitely would not do 4 nights again at B.
