The hotel is dated, rooms are fine, the front desk staff was nice, but the restaurant/bar staff were awful. We were there for 3 days and never ate at the restaurant because in our 3 attempts, no one ever came to serve us.

We immediately noticed a smell in the room when we walked through the door. We did let the front desk know, they said they would do extra cleaning. We realized on day 2 it was coming from the drain in shower. We were disappointed with the up keep of the room for a Marriot. We expected more. The balcony was small and needs cleaning!!! The location was good and breakfast served at restaurant was good. Just expected the property to be a little more maintained as it is a Marriot.

Staff amazing! We arrived after a cruise hoping to leave our bags at front deck til check in. Clerk said your rooms ready you may check in. I’m a Hilton Honors customer and no one has ever let me check in early! I’m so impressed with this hotel from the front desk to the pool attendants I would never stay anywhere else well visiting Fort Lauderdale Area. Located on the Boardwalk shopping and great restaurants all in walking distance. Beautiful Property!

Amenities are the only thing nice about this hotel. The staff was a mixed bag. Some where nice others were borderline disrespectful. I should of been refunded my first night from the cockroach i found in my bathroom and they moved me to a much better room with no issues. I had no hot water for a day and they didnt give me any wristbands when i checked in. I didnt let this ruin my trip and i wouldbt of wrote a bad review if they had refunded my money for my first night that i had to move out of at 2 in the morning from a bug problem.

Very comfortable stay everyone was very friendly and accommodated my every need. It was a little bit of a walk to get to the main part of the boardwalk but otherwise I give it a 10 out of a 10. What stood up the most for me though was how friendly and welcoming everyone was.
