Nice hotel. The location is excellent but the restaurant is ridiculously pricey. We had a salad, some awful nachos and a burger for $102! I also think it’s ridiculous for a guest of the hotel to have to pay for chairs for the beach. But other than that, great hotel.

I stayed on May 29- June 1 2025 My room was on the side of the building that currently has a construction site going on next door so if you’re a light sleeper maybe as for the opposite side. I loved my balcony and view of the ocean and the city! I stayed in a room right near the elevator, again if you’re a light sleeper ask for a room further from the elevator the doors or walls are thin I was disturbed in the middle of the night every night. Maybe the hotel staff can put a sign on the wall that reminds patrons to keep the noise down as they enter the building or hallway. Now as far as my stay, I am very satisfied. Every staff member was friendly and greeted me multiple times a day. I utilized the fitness center and I Loved it! Perfect hotel gym! I did not eat at the restaurant nor did I get a drink at the Tiki bar but other patrons looked as though they enjoyed themselves. I do like that the bar/pool and jacuzzi stays open until 11pm! The hotels is about a mile walk from other restaurants/juice bars and touristy shopping areas just down the road. The room is spectacular! Very comfortable. My balcony was a bit dirty with pigeon poop

I want to start by saying the front desk staff were great, which makes it all the more unfortunate that I have to write a negative review about the overall staff and service. We used the valet service, and unfortunately, our rental car was dinged. The valet company claimed the damage was pre-existing and said they reviewed surveillance footage. However, when we requested a copy of that footage, the manager responded dismissively with “you see” (referring to a low image quality screenshot of something on his phone) and refused to provide it. I understand the valet is a third-party company, but there should still be some accountability and transparency in situations like this. Additionally, the hot water in our room was inconsistent. The temperature in the room was also uncomfortable — either extremely cold or humid — even though we kept the door closed. That said, the property has good potential. It offers its own beach access, and the fitness facility was well-equipped.

The lobby, pool was nice. Our room didn’t have a fan in bathroom or an air conditioner that stayed cold so the floors were wet and slippery from being humid. I found dark black/green mold spots on bed frame below mattress. Had to pay to park at hotel when that is not mentioned on website. The shuttle has to be reserved 24 hrs before you need it was never mentioned. We are at the tiki grill and bar, had a $12 hotdog and fries. Hot dog was hard, over done and bun was hard and fell apart. Would not revisit

The staff was helpful and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having access to the beach and pool right on-site. There was plenty of seating at the pool area and lots of parking at the hotel. Definitely will be returning for another stay!
