Staff very accommodating and kind. Quiet area but quick walk to beach. Room was bigger than expected and very nice. Had an issue with the water not getting hot but since we were a short one night stay didn’t get a chance to mention it; however based on everything else I am sure they would have been more than accommodating! Would definitely stay again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, but bare bones and outdated. Parking ($10 extra per day) was easy and convenient. Biggest plus was great location in a quiet little pocket off A1A and close to the beach.

The staff crew we’re all so so nice! The location is perfect. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the pool super clean at perfect temperature. We had a great stay and wished we booked for longer!

Very clean, easy access and parking, friendly staff. My only con is some renovations could have been better, some outlets didn't work and you can see some of the 'shotty workmanship" in certain areas. Overall is was a nice place to stay, would definitely come here again!

Disgusting and should be inspected by the health department. Woke up with cough, probably the mold in the room triggering it. I should have known the strong chemical smell was a bad sign. When i looked in the room to make sure no bed bugs I lifted the mattress and discovered the floor probably hadnt been swept in a year, full of sand, dust and dirt and I had to sleep above that! The nightstand tops and bottoms full of dust, the baseboards around the room dust and dirt and hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Under the bathroom sink a large hole in the wall with black mold growing. Room number 201, watch out! How does this place have so many good reviews, it's one of the filthiest rooms ive ever stayed in! The lack of proper cleaning including under beds and tables and sinks and renting out a room with a hole in the wall and mold and is crazy to put my health at risk. Was sincerely disappointed!

Perfect! There is a kitchen with a full sized fridge and eating area, sitting area with couch and tv. There is plenty of room. We loved staying here. The pool was clean. Property is well maintained and spotless. Parking was easy and cheap in comparison to many other places. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Area is packed with options for coffee, dining etc. all within walking distance. Beach is literally 4 - 5 min walk max. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend.
