Room was disgusting. Dead bugs, dirt and food crumbs everywhere. Dog hair over everything. Dirty bathroom with awful odor. Checked out immediately. Paid for a two night stay voiced my concerns to front desk emailed manager for a refund. Still haven’t gotten a response from them. Go to tru Hilton on Lima

Although it was just a quick overnight, we would stay here again. Jarrod check us in and was extremely kind. The room was very clean and well laid out. The bed was comfortable, the room temperature was great and easily adjustable without a lot of noise coming from the unit. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever passing through.
