Loved this hotel, very busy when we there due to flight cancellations. Staff remained wonderful despite the extra pressure. Restaurants great, rooms clean and well appointed. Free regular shuttle to the airport, can’t think of any areas of improvement.

I had a lovely stay here. The staff were polite and friendly, the room was clean and a good size, and the breakfast buffet was excellent—especially the egg station. The free shuttle to the airport ran every 20 minutes was very convenient. The hotel also has great facilities: a pool, gym, and sauna free for guests to use, and massages available for a fee. The only downside was the provided shampoo/conditioner, which unfortunately tangled my hair. Otherwise, a great experience overall.

Front desk staff were rude and not friendly. I had one lady actually say that hotel staff can be very rude, and she worked there. Also wasn't enough space on the shuttle to the airport and ended up laying 45 euro for a five minute ride to the airport

This was not a smooth stay after a long day of travel to get there. Initially I was told they could not find our reservation after waiting in a Check in line over 15 minutes. I told her I checked in ahead online through the link provided. She told me “impossible”. Then she found it. The room only had 2 towels and no robes, even though we are a family of 4 that stayed in a suite. The pull out bed had spring that squeaked every time a person rolled over. The coffee maker did not work. There is a window into the bathrooom??? Isn’t that where someone wants privacy? Breakfast staff was rude. The evening restaurant waitress was the only staff that I would say was “Friendly”. Had to go back down to ask the desk in a very long line for the internet code. Only 2 people working the desk. Pool was nice and refreshing.
