Would have been 5 stars but 2 things, 1 not really much located close to the hotel and dining options are limited though food was good quality. Airport shuttle very convenient. 2nd issue was getting extra towels took multiple requests and some of the front desk staff seem a little rude.

The evening front desk staff exhibited a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I observed a disparity in the treatment I received compared to other guests, and I was not proactively provided with information regarding the location of amenities. Obtaining the Wi-Fi access code required persistent inquiry. The room's ambiance was dim and cool, and the bathroom mirror light was only partially functional. Despite the room's temperature, my request for an additional blanket resulted in an offer to relocate rooms during the night. The breakfast selection was notably limited in plant-based and vegan options. However, the airport shuttle service proved to be highly convenient.
