The room is spacious and the bathroom had great amenities. However the bed and pillows were absolutely awful. There was a huge hole torn in the headboard that was not visible until we moved the pillows at night. The bedding smelled musty and we did not feel clean. Breakfast was lacking.

Excellent location. Friendly helpful staff. Room was great. Best shower in two weeks in Germany! A/C worked great. Shuttle trip took 3 minutes! Will stay there next time, and dinner in lounge was excellent also.

We requested a quiet room but was given a room on the airport side which had constant noise in the background that one can hardly sleep. The room has no amenities like shower cap.

The hotel is wonderful for an overnight before or after flight. Has very good buffet breakfast and free shuttle to airport. It had a large conference at time of our stay. There is not a lot around to walk to.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport runs every 20 minutes and this was the main reason I chose the hotel. We had a nice meal in the hotel restaurant the evening we arrived.
