very convenient if flying in/out of Frankfurt, good amenities, convenient shuttle, but our room was so hot it was a night of literal torture before a 11 hour flight. I think something was broken because the fridge was hardly cool either, but Germany gets hot in the summer and not having a way to cool down the room or open the window was horrific.

Located close to the airport with a shuttle service is ideal for overnight stay. However, their air conditioning system had failed and the entire building was super hot. Although they assured me while checking in that someone was working on it, it didn’t get fixed all night; from 10 pm to 8 am, I couldn’t sleep at all and the room and the hallways stayed extremely uncomfortable. I saw customers sleeping in the lobby area! I want Expedia refund me what I paid.

The hotel would have been excellent in every way, except for poor air conditioning. It was way too warm! Staff were great. The outdoor restaurant was very pleasant. It was quiet. The shuttle was excellent! I recommend this hotel for being near the airport - just not in hot weather.

3rd time I've been here. I always get a room upgrade. However, seems like there's non-existent AC. There's a thermostat but it does little. It's just hot and sometimes stifling. And this has occurred at every stay.

I was placed in a room with non-working air conditioner. I suspect the hotel knew of the problem because a service person showed up at my door five minutes after I arrived to my room without me calling them. I had to repack some luggage and move to another room. I spent about 2 hrs of my time doing so. The hotel offered no compensation as a professional courtesy.

Beautiful, clean, modern hotel with amazing staff. Dinner at the bar was delicious and Ed the bartender was a lot of fun. The young lady at the front desk, whose name I cant remember, was so kind and sweet.

The Restaurant Unterschweinstiege is still a gem, however a more Hessen oriented menu would be appreciated. In the past there was a dish named the "Dippehaas" and it was a true gem. Wine list should be more offerings from the Rheingau . It's a great wine region right at the door steps of the Hotel. Rooms did not had proper working air conditioning. That was a minus. Please look into this for the future.
