Photos over promised vs actual hotel when we arrived. Room door facing outward into parking lot reminded me of a Motel 6. They do the best they can, bed springs probably ended their useful life sometime in the last millennia - sure were sinkers. .

The room was decent, but definitely not worth what we paid. It's in desperate need of an upgrade. This hotel has high ratings for their breakfast, but unfortunately were not able to enjoy it. We went to breakfast around 9:30 and were told the breakfast area was closed. The lady did offer to let us get a to-go plate, but there didn't seem to be enough for 5 people. We've stayed at plenty of hotels and all see to serve breakfast until 10. The attendant at check-in was not very friendly or welcoming. She wasn't exactly rude, but maybe could use a refresher on hospitality/customer service skills.

Grass around the pool was very high. One pillow had black Ashy looking junk on it, the room wasn't absolutely filthy, but it lacked some cleaning. The sidewalks had litter on them, hmm

First of all after 6 hours driving she makes us wait for her to finish a cigarette outside then our bathroom door was key locked and she wasn’t the least bit eager to fix problem. She finally gave us different room. Still making us wait while she smoked again. I need to also mention we have a disabled daughter in wheelchair and inspite of our daughter she still could not assist with anything! Not front desk friendly
