Broadwayn mökki | Kätevä maa sijainti

Cain City perustettiin yhdeksi pysäkiksi Fredericksburgin ja Pohjoisen rautatien varrella. Se oli kukoistava kaupunki ja vasta noin 40 vuotta sitten osa vanhasta pankista seisoi edelleen vain lyhyen matkan päässä Broadway Mökistä ja Hill Mökistä.

Tämä ihastuttava viehättävä pieni mökki sijaitsee vain muutaman mailin päässä Fredericksburgista ja tarjoaa näkymät Fredericksburgiin. Pihalla on upea lintujoukko. Takapihan kalliopatioilla on mukavat istuimet hiiligrilli-grillillä ja pienellä palokuopalla. Puiden voimakas kasvu takana on hieno houkuttelemaan lintuja, peuroja ja muita hauskoja villieläimiä.

Isäntäsi omistavat myös Hill Cottage -kadun, joka on vieressä ja muutti Broadway Mökin tälle sivustolle 1990-luvun lopulla. Puulattiat, hauskoja, mutta tyylikkäitä ikkunahoitoja löytyy kuitenkin talosta, ihana, leikkisä matto, joka valaisee huoneita. Olo / ruokasalissa on antiikkipöytä neljälle ja värikäs sohva sekoitettuna joukko malleja ja värejä. Kaksi muuta tuolia on sijoitettu täydellisesti katsomaan suoraa televisiota tai vain nauttimaan vierailusta. Siellä on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa queen-size-vuoteet, joissa on peitot. Kaikissa kylpyhuoneissa on suihkut. Mukava lukutuoli löytyy etuhuoneesta yhdessä antiikkisen kaapelin kanssa.

Täysin varustetussa maalaiskeittiössä on liesituuletin, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, leivänpaahdin ja kahvinkeitin. Pieni pöytä ja tuolit löytyvät myös keittiöstä.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Safari Winery. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Very disappointed, primarily because of how dirty the house was.Not sure where to start… we believe the sheets weren’t wash when we got there, my pillow case had a fresh spot of blood on it and other marks. A towel had fresh toothpaste on it.The whole house was dirty, spider webs, dead bugs (found 3 dead scorpions), dishes all had to be cleaned before being able to use them. The whole house should be deep cleaned, not just the visible surfaces.We will not be coming back or using this company again.

Cottage was dirty when we arrived

When we arrived at the house it still had not been cleaned from the last renters. The beds were unmade and wet towels were on the bed and floor. I called the property manager to let her know and she contacted the housekeeper who was unable to come over and clean. The manager did make it right by giving us a choice of 2 houses to stay in. It ended well and the manager was very prompt in her response to my call and was able to get us into another house quickly.

Lovely cottage with a charming interior. We did have a couple of issues. The tv didn’t work but someone came out, it took a few hours, and fixed it. Also, there was no WiFi which was not clear on the description page. We did fine without as there is plenty to do in Fredericksburg.Overall a good experience.

Nice stay for the price

The house was nice and in a convenient location. It is an older home and you can hear every step anyone takes in the house. That might bother some people but was fine for our group. The outside fire pit was fun but you really need four nice chairs to sit it.

Everything was great…. Loved all the real wood floors, ceilings and walls….. beds were comfy too and lots of deer coming thru the property The negatives, dirty towels were left in the bathroom, nasty left over soap bar in the shower and really a lot of dirt on the floors

Great Location and Facility but some upkeep needed

We loved the country setting. The furnishings were comfortable. The decor was good. The AC worked well. The water is "hard" - high mineral content - but okay. The one big issue - a maintenance issue - was the main entry door. It sticks badly. It requires considerable force to open and close it. The deadbolt lock was also difficult to operate, probably due to the bad fit of the door to the frame. This requires immediate attention.

Repairs needed.

The fan did not work in the bedroom to the left. The side entrance door was so hard to open and close. Overall we all enjoyed our stay in this very original little cottage, with an abundance of deer.. It was so close to the music festival we attended in Lukenbach. Hopefully we will return next year. Enchanting!

A quiet country retreat, with great views, wildlife(deer,) birds, wildflowers. We much enjoyed the vintage house and decor; it felt like Mary Englebreit lived here. We were quite comfortable, had all that was needed to cook meals. The location was perfect, away from the bustle of Fredericksburg, but easy to get there, or to other towns, parks, scenic drives. My daughter and I did not want to leave.The only negative was my arthritic hands not being able to open the doors to the outside.

Broadway cottage was charming

We stayed at Broadway cottage in a country setting outside Fredrecksburg, TX. It was a very pleasant stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and cozy. It looks to have been built in the 1940s, it is solid and well maintained. I would recommend this place for it's quite solitude and pleasant surroundings.

Just what we needed

Good size house for us two couples. Quiet property. Nice views. Good location to things to visit outside of Fredericksburg, such as great local restaurant Alamo Springs Cafe. (And probably Luckenbach, didn’t go but know it wasn’t too far.) Didn’t use kitchen except for coffee but seemed well equipped. Tin roof, little insulation over one bedroom made it quite loud during a rare hard rain storm, second night was quiet. Didn’t see any ghosts in the house nor Bigfoot in surroundings, maybe next time. We’d stay here again.

Short Getaway

Overall it was a great experience. Off the beaten path which we enjoyed. Very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the patio Suggestions: The locks on doors could be improved for security purposes. Improvement of driveway would be a plus. Some sort of ceiling lighting in bedroom would have been nice. However, loved the charm and character of the house

Needs a good cleaning

This adorable cottage really needs a good cleaning. I took pictures and videos of the neglect and sent them to the property manager but they didn't appear to care. One toilet had not been cleaned in a while Badly stained bathroom curtains Dirt in corners and on floor boards Dust everywhere We washed all dishes and silverware before using them
