The apartment is non-smoking and fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a television.

The modern kitchen comes complete with dishes and tableware, as well as all major appliances, including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Med One & El Higuerón resort area is mostly residential with internal paths and walkways. You can walk to:

Torreblanca and Carvajal beaches — the coast and sandy beaches are a short walk downhill from Med One.

Local amenities around El Higuerón, including cafés, bars and shops within the Reserva del Higuerón complex.

The complex typically has internal pedestrian access and paths/garden areas, so walking is convenient for nearby points within the property and to the beach.

🚆 Train (Coastal Rail)

The nearest regular train service is the C-1 Cercanías Malaga line at:

Carvajal station — reachable by a downhill walk or a short shuttle/travel from El Higuerón.
The C-1 train line runs along the Costa del Sol, connecting:
Fuengirola ↔ Torremolinos ↔ Málaga Airport / Málaga city

You can use it for longer trips up and down the coast (e.g., to Benalmádena, Málaga city).
