When we checked in, the front desk person kept telling me "no pets", over and over, even though I told him we didn't have any! We had to call and ask for a "do not disturb sign" and had to go down to pick it up in the office! Then, I needed to dry my hair and found there was NO hair dryer - we had to wait to get one delivered - a wall mount which they didn't install, but we made it work. There were only 2 coffee cups, individually wrapped, but one was already opened. So, we had to share one cup to take our meds and brush our teeth. There was no coffee pot or coffee/tea in the rooms, that may be by design; but my husband walked past 2 open doors as the rooms were being cleaned, and they both had coffee pots. Odd.
The only good things were the cheap price and the bed was fine. But glad we were only there one night.
