There was a bullet hole in a window, crack pipes in courtyard, no land line phone in our room and the tv wasn’t working properly. The 2 I gave was for the room cleaned well

I stay here quite often in the past few weeks, everyone here has been very polite & helpful. The rooms have always been very clean. I only have 2 problems , they don't have any shampoo or a microwave

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Without uttering a single word, I was received in an absolutely rude and inappropriate manner by a front-desk attendant who was entirely unprepared and unqualified for the position he holds. Extremely arrogant, impolite, and intimidating. Visibly unhinged, he provided a perfect lesson on how **not** to treat a guest and how to actively contribute to the failure of a business. As a suggestion to Motel 6: reassess the qualifications of your staff. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was very clean & the staff is very friendly & helpful . The only thing I couldn't understand is why they didn't have any shampoo , they only give you a couple bars of soap. I think they should have 4 pillows instead of 2 , but I'm probably sounding like a spoiled brat ! They should have microwaves in the rooms . The coffee in the main office is very delicious . I definitely would come back

The motel is very quiet and our room was spacious and clean. It’s also close to many businesses, restaurants, grocery stores and the Oaks Mall. I was actually very impressed because the motel 6s in Grand Rapids, MI, where I am from, are complete dumps. This one is not which very much surprised me. They even have a CLEAN pool. They are right next to the Marriott so that might raise their bar lol, but I was impressed with it for such an inexpensive stay. Ty! Kendra Shuck

I should have read the reviews!!

Under MAJOR renovation. A solo female traveler, I felt unsafe. Reserved accessible room, none available. Given upgrade, but distance from parking spot to room was a walk, but certainly easier than climbing the stairs. Bedroom was clean, bed comfortable, but facilities definitely very outdated. Went to use the pool, closed/locked down. Receptionist was friendly. Overpriced for what I received. I should be offered a refund.
