No smoking in condo there will be a $300 fine. Please do not leave front door and balcony door open at same time.
Make sure when living do not lock door from inside bottom lock. You will be locked out Please rinse all sand off near pool area.
****PARKING**** During the busy season (Mar -August), we only have parking for one vehicle. Second vehicle charged $20’s a day when available.
