Location is everything! Right across from the beach, on the Seawall. Breakfast was kinda lacking, with eggs and waffles as the only hot food. The hotel need serious updating, peeling paint, beds are lumpy, pillows flat, and floors dirty. Room321. Our toilet ran 24/7, had to keep the bathroom door shut to sleep. Tub has rusty spots by the drain vent. Mold in closet. Patio door hard to open. AC worked great, but it sounded like a washing machine/torrential rain combo. BUT, $110/night on the Seawall gave us more money for activities, and all we did was basically sleep there. NOTE TO EVERYONE!!! Don’t waste your money on the Aquarium…$250 for 6 people for less than an hour.

This hotel really needs renovation. The rooms are old and outdated. The staff is nice, and the location isn’t bad — the ocean is just across the street. But the rooms are just awful.

The property felt outdated and gave a poor first impression. The A/C was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable. The location was great, and it was fine for one night, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a vacation.

We had an excellent view of the beach from the room. Nice clean room only wish it had had a walk in shower. Wife's handicapped and can't get into or out of a tub. If she falls i can't get her up without assistance.
