I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maldron Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s location was ideal, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. Overall:

This was one of our favorite stays and it was an equally comfortable as the 5 star hotel we stayed in. We stayed in 7+ hotels this trip with mostly higher end accommodations and 3 different types of rooms per stay so we got to see most of the rooms each hotel offered with a group of 7.

We appreciated the kind, supportive, and flexible staff when it came to our requests and meals. But most of all, they were kind enough to move our room off of the lower floor. We wanted to cancel our booking because the road noise was quite loud due to the festival, but we couldn't becaues of Expedia's bad refund policy. The manager really helped us out and got us better room, where we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Also, the parking was a dream compared to every other hotel we stayed at in Ireland.

Staff was very nice. Room was cleaned every day. Parking was extremely convenient. Hotel food was great for a quick bite to eat. Quick taxi to the square was perfect. Walking distance to Eamon Darcy Park.

I booked this hotel ahead of my daughter's study abroad as she was arriving in Galway early. It's the first time she has traveled absolutely alone, and the staff was very kind and helpful to her. Thank you for the warm aloha spirit you have shown her and for making her stay pleasant. She now thinks of Galway as a colder version of Hawaii. :-)

Due to the power cuts we had to book in to a hotel instead of staying at the in laws. We needed one near the hospital to visit my mother in law. Was only a 30 minute walk to the hospital and was a really nice walk. Hotel was lovely, can’t fault it.
