Convenient location, spotless rooms-1st class stay

Arrived late due to a cancelled flight at JFK. Front desk staff has us checked in quickly with toiletries since our luggage was held by the airline. Hotel is within walking distance of a cute "downtown" area with shops and restaurants. Room was clean and well-appointed. Certainly will return.

All in all it was a good trip , they were nice. Cleaned the rooms. I just wish they called me , I left an item behind and they said no one had reported anything found in my room. Other than great stay & great staff!

What I liked most about my stay was the customer service. It was excellent. The hotel overall wasn’t what I expected. It was too dark and old fashioned. The pool was small and closed when I tried to go in, at noon. The equipment in the gym was out dated. Overall the hotel was out dated. I don’t understand why the price to stay at the hotel is so high. There is nothing special about it in my opinion. I would not stay there again.
