A mountain view for family and friends

My family and I have stayed at numerous VRBO's throughout the United States. This one was by far one of the best properties we have ever encountered. Our host was exceptional when communicating with me throughout our stay. The house is perfectly arranged for a small family reunion or getaway. It's relaxing, well stocked with supplies, clean, and built to make you feel like you are in a second home. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for some peace and quite with beautiful mountain views.

Lovely Home

Beautiful home, lots of space, easy check in and check out. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms so you may want to bring a small fan if you get hot. We found a box fan in the pantry the next morning. Host was very friendly and quick to respond. Would 100% stay here again. The area is beautiful, nice view from the deck, close enough to main attractions but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.

Perfect Home for Our Annual Women's Retreat – Accessible, Comfortable, and Beautiful

We are a group of eight ladies who gather each year to attend a women’s Christian conference in Pigeon Forge. As many in our group are elderly, finding a one-level rental with easy accessibility has become increasingly important—and Frank and Debbie’s home is absolutely perfect for us.There are just three small steps to get onto the front porch, leading into a spacious single-level home. The walk-in showers and wide doorways made it easy for those using walkers to navigate comfortably. The location is ideal—no steep mountain roads to worry about, and it’s just a short drive to shopping and the conference center.The home offers breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains and is incredibly well stocked. We had everything we needed—plenty of towels, washcloths, dishcloths, dish towels, and pot holders (items that are often lacking in other rentals). The pantry was thoughtfully supplied with basic seasonings and staples, which we really appreciated.Frank and Debbie were quick to respond to any questions or issues, and their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. This was our second year staying in their home, and we’ve already booked it again for next year.Just a note for future guests: there is no dishwasher, so be prepared to wash dishes by hand. That said, the comfort and beauty of the home more than make up for it. Highly recommend!

Perfect place with a very nice host.

The house was very spacious. Each bedroom having a bathroom and walk-in shower. The cleanliness was superb and the location was away from the hustle and bustle with a beautiful view of the mountains. We have already booked for our next trip. I rate this one 10/10. I would highly recommend.

Larger than it looks

Much larger than it looks when you pull up. Pros: space inside and out, location, view, bathrooms, cleanliness, comfy beds. Cons: right next to neighbor, jetted tub didn't have power, patio set was unusable.

Great place and great location

We had 8 of us to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. The house was very spacious and clean. Each bedroom had a huge bathroom with plenty of towels and washcloths. The house was very well stocked with all the things you would need. The owners house shared the same walkway to the rental house so super close but not a problem at all. House is 10 minutes to pidgeon forge and 30 to Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area. Very close to Dollywood as well. Huge kitchen and laundry room. Beds were very comfy.

Quiet, Clean, and Close to Everything

We love staying here. There's plenty of room for the whole family, including our dogs. It's nice and clean and close enough to all the attractions without having to deal with the noise.
