Everything other haveing to transport luggage ourselves to our room which was the furthest point from the lift i have experienced in any hotel. For a 67 year old it was too far to drag cases along a carpeted floor. If we had a room closer to the lift or someone to help us it would of been five stars!

Hotel was exceptionally noisy with cabin crew arriving all the time, talking loudly in corridors. The food at the hotel was exceptionally expensive and very poor quality. The sports bar smelt of stale fried food, so we ate at the Japanese restaurant. Rooms were clean but the noise was intolerable and consistent.
