Location great ! staff lovely and have a lovely linked indian restaurant ( that’s could do with a clean ) but the room was very run down , lights not working , fittings not working , towels didn’t get changed , carpet on way up very poor , stains in the ceiling , stains in the carpet

My room had not been fully cleaned. There was litter on the floor and the waste container in the bathroom had not been emptied. The shower did not drain properly and a mouse came into my room.

Check in fine. Once through the door to the stairs things changed and then the room…basic, cleanish but worn out carpet, thin bed sheets and a shower over bath that had definitely seen better days. Nothing made you feel well or comfortable so we left! Not recommended- oh and our power went off 4 times in the first 10 minutes

Quick check in, room OK although some parts had mould round edges of bath and sink, plaster patches, light fitting hanging off, and lift out of order so had to lug luggage up 2 flights of stairs :-(. Had bar downstairs and convenient to station, bed comfy enough. Bathroom nice enough .Served its purpose.

Definitely not the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Glasgow. Staff were lovely enough but the room could really do with a thorough clean. Stains that looked like blood on the window curtains. Dirty looking bath/shower curtain. Clean toilet and sink though. Bed was clean and comfortable enough. Room was too warm. Oh and the vibrations coming up through the building actually was starting to make me feel dizzy to the point I almost called a taxi to get home early. Have booked here for two more nights that I will have to cancel and find somewhere else.

I knew for the area, this isn't going to be a super nice hotel, however, this was worst than I expected. Bathroom tile was taped, black mold in the grout, sheets and bedding have several stain marks, everything just feels not very clean. At one point, our front door was locked (locked us in) and unable to open, had to call maintenance people to come fix the lock. The staff was nice and moved us to another room but cannot make up how bad the condition of this hotel...
