Only 1 breakfast place - Sunday morning - went down at 9.15am - stood in line for approx 20-25mins - front of line at 9.46am - was told it costs $40 but that the place was closing at 10am - the queue behind was crazy. - and we were in the hotel guests line!!!! They were not going to refill - not happy

I found it confusing getting from the carpark to the hotel check-in desk. Another couple checking in at the same time had the same problem. Clearer signage would help. The room was quite pleasant and well equipped. A well-stocked minibar in the room but no pricelist. There were directions to use QR code to find room information. I did this and scrolled through several times and did a search for minibar but no price list appeared.

I was disappointed with the pool's condition and the size of it for a 5 star hotel. I also did not understand at all the fact that the pool bar closed at 5pm especially on a Friday and Saturday night as well as the food at 6pm. They should both be available while the pool area was open (until 9pm) that was extremely strange and unacceptable. I feel like there are definitely areas you could improve upon. I would not attend the hotel again.
