Room was dirty, door was broken and would not close properly, bathroom sliding door would not stay closed, there were bugs in the room. We dis not get housekeeping not even ine time. Ran out of toilet paper, towels and tissues. Amenities like coffee were cold as ice. Had to get coffee and reheat it all the time

Overall, great service and a pleasant stay. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. complimentary bottles of water provided. It would be nice to include single-use toothbrushes and toothpaste for guests’ convenience.

The property is very well maintained and very clean. I was very happy with 95% of the service. Princess at the front desk could not have been more accommodating abd pleasant, we enjoyed her service very much. Tia on the other hand needs training in how to communicate nicely. We arrived back at 8pm and wanted to eat our dinner with our family in the lobby. Tia stated the lobby closes at 8. No one else was there so my husband ask to turn football on and Tia stated we could not do that. However, the previoys two nights the lobby was open passed and very crowded on Friday night and Thursday no one was there and Princess was happy to put gootball on the TV for us and jeep the lights on in the lobby. Closing a lobby at 8pm is ridiculous.

The stay was comfortable. Outside was not pleasant as there were huge roach looking bugs on the side walks and in the parking lot. My 4 year old was terrified. I did not like them either.

Stay was absolutely horrible. The hotel was not cleaned our fire alarm kept on going off throughout the night every time we turned on the shower the alarm would go off from hot water steam. carpets were extremely dirty. There was no ventilation when you walked into hotel super muggy and when we were leaving, we saw several roaches on the floor. We would never recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed at many Hamptons and is usually my hotel of choice after several experiences over the last couple of months I have to say I will be looking for a new hotel chain.
