I'm all for technology but I didn't care for the empty lobby and then greeted by a remote kiosk. I spoke to the front desk person through a video chat. There was no indication where the room was located. The room was o-k but was missing a few basic items such as the tv remote, tissues and shampoo. The AC didn't seem to work right and the towels felt like sandpaper. Would I stay at this hotel again: no

Check-in was efficient and friendly. The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels stocked, also enjoyed the shade from the tree. The room though was sub-par. I feel like because we had our dog with us, they put us in the designated dog room. Regardless, room was quiet and the location was convenient, an acceptable stay for the cost.

It was god awful, the cleanliness was disgraceful. We paid for a late check out, was told pay X amount of $ to stay til 3pm. Which we agreed to & paid. Then not even an hour later we get a call while at our event, that we have to stay only til 1 then check out but then we would get a partial refund. No big deal, we agreed. THEN we get back to the hotel at 11:30, was told we would no longer get a refund, our keys didn’t work, & we would have to check out that instance. Awful disgusting service. Never book here. Incompetent.

Decent hotel

It was just okay. Bed wasn't bad but not great. Room needed upkeep done. If we didn't have the smell of someone smoking pot coming into bedroom would have been better. Great area just bad neighbor in another room.
