The bed was hard but the pillows were even harder. We tried to get moved to another room the second night but they were full. We asked for different pillows but they had none. Based on our 2 night stay in an uncomfortable bed and rock hard pillows we will avoid La Quinta hotels and book with another hotel. The sfaff was kind, the hotel was clean but the comfort was horrible.

Clean big room! My daughter loved the tiny shampoo and tiny soap so 100 stars from her. They are next door to the Grand Canyon brewery and it’s a good one!

All was perfect except that the property used styrofoam cups and plates for morning breakfast, a slap in the face to the beautiful nature that makes Williams and Northern Arizona so magnificent. Please get rid of the styrofoam!

6 kids- 3 babies with urine/feces/ hanging off diapers in the jacuzzi. So gross. Our room had a strong order of dog urine. Just grossed out. Especially with the toddlers in the jacuzzi with their diapers saturated.
