The digital checkin was amazing and convenient. Within minutes we had the keys to our room because of their efficient process. The service was really good too. When we had issues with our door, the hotel people sent help promptly and resolved the issue. We also got our room on the first floor (ground floor) as requested for my senior parents. The free parking at the facility was also very convenient. Had the rooms been more spacious and comfortable, I would have given it five stars. Included breakfast would also have been a bonus. However, I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and convenient stay in Grand Canyon South rim.

The area is very nice and the workers are very helpful. I was very close to the bus station and Mather Point. Unfortunately my shower made a loud screeching noise when on, i’m not sure if that is normal at the canyon. Also i saw one black bug late at night in my room.

Great location, staff friendly, food tasty and reasonably priced. Room was spacious and clean but in need of refurbishment, particularly the carpet. Corridor looked tatty and badly maintained. I would have expected a higher standard for this price.
