What a difference a room makes 😞

What a difference a room makes! Last week's stay was lovely- this week's room was grimy with a dirty ceiling, vents, chipped wallpaper, incomplete vacuuming, chipped bathroom fixtures etc. This room matched the unkept appearnce/feel of the exterior. Just felt yucky.

Property is very run down. Was expecting a classy hotel for a couples night away. Everything seems dingy and run down, paint chips everywhere. The bathroom lights were so dim, made it very difficult to do hair and makeup.

Room was dark and poorly lit. King bed was sagging. Door was difficult to open and close. Toilet and shower were leaking. TP holder falling off wall. Elevators were in poor condition. Carpet in hallway was torn. The exterior paint of the building was peeling badly. Continental breakfast that was included with the room fee was excellent. Overall we will not be going back to this Hotel.

Good price, comfortable room. Room for improvement

My husband, myself, my 16 year old daughter and our Chihuahua stayed in the family suite (1 king bed, 1 double bed). The room itself was clean enough, hoever there was a bizarre 2"×2" dark sticky stain in the bedroom with the king and I kept stepping on it and my foot would stick to it.... kinda gross. Also the pillows for king size were TINY and flat... and while the bed itself was very comfortable, it had a weird slant from the middle to one side, almost like the support under that side was broken. There was orange duct tape on the blinds, I'm not sure if it was covering something or to "fix" them, but it was obvious and the pull cords of the blinds were also broken so we couldn't open the blinds. The bathroom was well stocked but I couldn't use the tub because the plug they had was just for show, it wasn't compatible with the drain so the plug wouldn't seal. There was artwork or maybe a mirror missing from my daughters room and the trim around the window was missing... taken off to paint I guess but never put back. They left the mounting hardware in the wall for whatever was missing. Also there was a few thumb tacks in her wall?! Weird. The TV's were nice and huge. We had 2, one in each room. But they do run on satellite, so if it rains or the wind picks up you're SOL because you won't get a signal. The suite itself was clean, no dust, grime or strangers hairs. I do appreciate they allow dogs for what I consider a very small fee. The room itself is spacious and good value.
