Staff were kind and friendly. Location very close to numerous facilities. (Gas station, grocery stores and a couple restaurants) Stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned, had to grab fresh towels from linen closet ourselves. Rooms need renovations especially the bathtub, it needs to be replaced. Shower had great water pressure. Wifi connection in room on first floor was very weak. Liked complimentary breakfast, and fresh hot coffee.

For the amount we paid for the weekend, it was not worth it. This hotel was my favourite place to stay about 30 years when I was a kid, and it has not been upgraded at all in that time. They sent us to two different rooms, and there were people in both of them. Our room was dirty, and our puppy kept getting old food, hair, and other random junk from underneath the old school bed frames they have in the room. The AC did not work, and there were stains on the bathtub, and the bedding. The fridge also didn't work and froze all of our food and drinks. The key cards only worked half the time and my kids got locked out of our room, along with them not working at all in order to park where your room was, and enter from outside, we could never get in. I was told they were bought out, and so they might be upgrading.. Hopefully they do, as this place used to be awesome!

This used to be the most amazing hotel in Great Falls! When we get to our room it smelled musty, sweaty, there was an odor in it almost like stale cigarettes. The service was also poor. I will not be staying here again.

There was no window in our room and zero air flow. However the staff was very nice and accommodating and brought us a fan. Also housekeeping had her child at work with her which is great but the child was running around screaming early in the morning… hard to relax

Wish I’d have found this place sooner!! Great find

Love the location, the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable but they need new pillows. The on site casino and pool are great. Airport shuttle service was on time with lots of available times. Will definitely stay again and I travel though Great Falls a lot my new go too spot.
