They charge for our room at check in, when was paid to expedia during booking. We are reviewing right now if we have duplicate chargers. Very slow checkin. People with no experience. Poor room condition and shower. Poor towels condition. Many other to listing.

The entire hotel was uncomfortably warm. My room never got to a comfortable climate. The entire hotel has chipped paint and worn carpets. My toilet seat was loose and the toilet paper dispenser was about to come out of the wall. At $150 a night (give or take), I would expect much more.

The hotel was great for traveling to the airport. Near a huge mall with plenty of food options. Never got a text saying my room was ready until after I checked in. Bed was the best hotel bed I've ever spept in
