The condition of the room and its surrounding area were despicable and unacceptable. I had to buy cleaning products and a mop to clean and disinfect the room. I've never paid for such in my life! I'd not recommend friend nor foe to reserve a room on this property. I could go on and on about this hotel; however, I won't. I also suggest not using a third party when making room reservations. They, too can provide disappointing service. I was only able to talk to a representative regarding my complaint ONE time. All other times my emails only resulted in pre-recorded email responses. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Well, we got in the room. We had no ice machine so I decided to take a nap. There was a baby shower with about 75 people on the same first floor and they had children grown-up just so loud you had to literally walk through this party to get out the building

I think the place needs to upgrade the hallway carpets are dirty and the rooms certain things don’t work properly had a tv with no sound and the bathroom door was hard to move because it was dragging on the floor

Good enough

The lady at check in was very nice. The place was quiet, the room looked clean enough. My complaints were that the drink and snack machines were not very accessible. The card reader didn’t work and they had signs that said “use at your own risk NO REFUNDS”. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. It wasn’t busy and the attendant was sitting at the bar on her phone, the waffle mix was empty, the selection was very limited, and the juice dispensers were marked out of order. We were only there long enough to get a shower and a good nights sleep. So, the place was “good enough” for that, but I would not recommend this place for a multi day stay.

This place has been ran down. I was in room 134 couldn’t get no sleep because people in and that back door couple outside around 3am fussing called front desk and got no answer. Ice machine was not working on the first or third floor. Ask for queen size bed and the beds appeared to be a full-size. Paid a lot of money for not to have a microwave and refrigerator in every room no pool. The young lady that checked me in was rude as ever.
