Took our money but refused to let party stay for the 3 nights that were reserved . Refused to offer any type of refund. General manager didn’t even have the courtesy to call or respond. Made absolutely NO effort to help their customer. (It would have taken a simple form to resolve the issue) according to Wyndham Customer Service. Dishonest to the core.

Party central. There were atleast 3 parties going on on just the 2nd floor. The fitness center is still closed from when I last visited 2 years ago. I had mouse living under the bed. Saw him coming out and going under the wallbased AC unit. I WON'T be staying here again

This was a nice place to stay. The rooms are kind of small and basic, but the price is definitely right. Breakfast was very minimal and the waffle machine was apparently not working while I was there. It was clean and co.fortable, which is all I needed for the weekend

The whole situation was trash! I had to stay for a whole weekend due to my son being in the NICU. Staff was unprofessional cussing at guest. There were folks up/high traffic all night, seemed drug or prostitute related. The food was wrapped muffins every day, it was the same food from the day before! Milk for cereal left out all morning on the counter. Signs above water fountain “do not wash hands.”the soda machine had old soda, the coke looked like water. I will never stay here again.

Nothing working, no vending machines, no ice, no gym, no jacuzzi. The continental breakfast was cold coffee, almost frozen bagels that when I cut crumbled, waffle maker not working, no eggs. Upon arrival the bed was unmade, bathroom floor and tub had hair in and out it and there was a cockroach. I did get a new room which was in better condition but didn’t even receive an apology or acknowledgement other than “here’s the new key”. The rest of the place looked to be in poorer condition as well.
