Accommodation was relatively easy to find.. Booking in was unusual as I had to check in at the India restaurant apposite the accommodation. Staff very friendly. Room spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Toilet clean and tidy. Yes/coffee facility available. A bit noisy during the evening with the pub being below the accommodation but not a major issue. Reasonable priced... Now that I know the setup .Yes Id probably stay again..

Ideal as a stop off point for travelling. Not picturesque in location but easy to access from the A74. A pleasant night's stay.

It was a nice ensuite room, it was clean but amenities were not good, TV was not working, Internet was slow. Although there were complementary tea and coffee was provided but the electric kettle was not working properly. Bathroom was clean and amenities were placed in. Overall it was not bad in such a low price.

The biggest issue was slamming doors from rooms & the outside pub door was under our room was going all night music banging .But most noise from other people in rooms.should be a sign to be considerate to other guests. Also label keys better as someone putting keys in our door then constantly trying to get in until I went to door to tell him.No hot water for shower in morning . Plenty of coffees left in room though

The only good thing was its proximity to my work!!! I was placed in a room over the bar with live music playing til 0001. I had no temote for my TV it was requested on the first night but never received. I certainly WILL NOT stay there again.

Provided a room which was comfortable at very reasonable cost. The only downside is the Kareoae in the Bar which goes on until midnight. But I took part !

Beds were put together but were to different heights. Shower was unusable as the shower head was absolutely disgusting. No wifi. Room had a bad odour. Had to wrestle with the door to get into the room. Bathroom door was damaged and wouldnt stay closed overall it has been the worst hotel stay i have ever had

A perfectly good stay. Good location for what we wanted and good price. Check in was a problem which with good comms should’ve been fine. So if you are staying - both parking and check-in are over the road in the “spice” restaurant. Our room was exactly the one in the picture. Basic, clean and did the job.

The staffs are pretty helpful and nice. The room is not too bad but I can smell cigarette. I found hairs on the bed and pillow case before I laid on the bed.
