As always a great stay! Reception staff are always friendly & helpful. The rooms are a good size and beds are great. Shower head needs descaling but that was the only negative. They can provide fresh milk which is always a plus.

Normally give this a five……but the wifi badly needs to be fixed. Please tell the management team. It’s so bad, we won’t be coming back unless and until it’s fixed. Staff are lovely, nice room, good pub/food. But no broadband is not acceptable in this day and age.

room clean and comfortable. realy nice front of house staff the lady i spoke to on the phone remembered me to. had a shower this time much better nice big towels too. definitely will go back.

Room wasn't ready on arrival. Offered a different room on second floor. Came back late to find the heating wasn't working. No heat in the morning either. As it was a cold frosty morning this wasn't great.

Parking was good. The hotel receptionist was lovely and welcoming. However, our toilet flush was broken on arrival which my husband (being a handyman) managed to fix and also the sink tap was loose at the base and leaning over which made it difficult to use. The bed was lovely and comfy but breakfast was far too early for a Sunday morning. Should have been 8 til 10 instead of 7 til 9. Having been to a xmas party the night before sadly we did not make it!

The room was nice and clean hotel staff very friendly The room was a bit on the warm side though but no controls to adjust temperature, But we wish we didn’t bother with the breakfast as it was cold and the staff were very rude not a great way to end our stay

Fantastic. Easy free parking. Lovely rooms. Super pub next door. The only downside is the room has no air conditioning and radiator heating. It was -1 degrees outside and the room was still hot with the radiators turned off. No fan in the room.
