I would like to speak to someone about the horrible customer service by Jessica and experience at this hotel. I arrived late after pre-paying for a room. I explained I was traveling with dog and had been driving and was told the room had been cancelled. I asked to see the policy where if I pre-paid a room and showed up prior to checkout (7am) and wanted to sleep for a few hours that I was unable to access even though bad for- she pointed to the signs on the desk - which I read and neither said anything about this. The rep had a very condescending attitude, refused to show me the policy that allowed for cancellation after a certain time, refused drove provide me with manager number, and told me my reservation was for yesterday / bc it was for 2pm- 11am. I asked for a refund and she refused saying I had to check in by 2pm yesterday. Never provided me any policy regarding this. Everything she told me was inaccurate. The hallway in the office also smelled really bad like mildew. Horrible.
