We arrived in the wee hours of the morning and received a room that had some major issues. We decided to tough it out but pointed out concerns to management in the morning. We were moved to a remodeled room for the next 2 nights which was basic but worth the price. Make sure you request a remodeled room!!!

Housekeeping is only Twice a week for long stays. A member of staff is always on site. The room phone did not work during my stay. WiFi is slow and unsecured. Would recommend bringing a personal hotspot. Smoking rooms and non smoking rooms are mixed.

Large motel with most rooms newly renovated. Was undergoing additional renovations while I was there. Shopping center nearby, but roads are a little confusing. This motel was chosen as it was very close to Hartford airport.

It's a Motel 6, not the Ritz. It was clean, reasonably quiet, super easy to get to off the highway, and our room had been renovated fairly recently and they did a lovely job. My only criticism is that there was no fridge or microwave (I'd prefer the fridge, if I had to pick). But overall it was cheap and clean and the water was hot— exactly what I look for at a Motel 6

This property has been updated. Beds are more comfortable than before. Non carpet floors are nice. Just didn’t get clear instructions as to were our room was and we ran into some of the “long term residents” which was a bit concerning with what they were doing
