Staff was courteous at all times. The walls were thin on the second floor. I could hear the room next to us, the room above us, and the dog barking down the hall. So glad I brought my sound machine so I could sleep.

Hotel was UNDER CONSTRUCTION with the front door covered in plastic as was most windows including ours! Only because an employee out smoking did we find a door and he had to open and let us in! The mattress in our room 202 needs replacing! Has sharp protrusions that dig into your bones!

The room was not clean. Bathroom also. Towels smelled unclean. Dirt in the bathtub as well. The water pressure was very low in the shower and sink. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way and at times would open fully on its own. The mattresses were hard as rocks and obviously old. Refrigerator not working and the door in front of it was broken. Why this hotel had a good rating on Expedia is a mystery. Very discouraging.
