Margaret's Hamptons Beach House

The Hampton's style beach house is classic and sophisticated but very much captures the relaxed beach living vibe. Ideally located in the ‘magic square’ of Hawks Nest only 300m from the surf club.

It's all about the natural light flooding in and illuminating the space to create a fresh, bright and breezy interior. Enjoy the heritage beach design with cathedral ceilings, cathedral windows, sky lights and oversized stacker doors at the rear of the property, making a perfect family space.

The large stacker doors make your outdoor and indoor space all one large area. It's great for summer outdoor living and cosy for winter with the gas fireplace. Natural light is plentiful.

The entertaining area faces towards Bennetts Beach and is close enough to hear the waves crashing on the sand.

Enjoy those cold days by snuggling up in front of the gas fire place whilst you watch a movie on a big screen TV.

Bedding configuration:

* Main bedroom has a king size bed, extra TV and ensuite with large walk-in shower and double shower heads.
* Second bedroom has a king size bed.
* Third bedroom has 2 king single beds.

Linen:
All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay. BYO beach towels.

No expense has been spared on top quality pillow top mattresses to give you the best night sleep possible.

Black, white and modern describes these clean and simple bathrooms, giving the luxurious bathrooms a classic colour palette. The main bathroom is truly a feature with the romantic Victoria & Albert heritage volcanic stone claw-foot bath taking center stage. The bathroom has a touch of glamour with a crystal chandelier.

All bedrooms plus the living area have their own air conditioners that can be controlled individually for heating and cooling. The property also features, dishwasher, fully fenced yard, large entertaining verandah, outdoor shower and 2 bathrooms.

This stunning home features a wonderful Hamptons style Chefs kitchen filled with all of the equipment you need to make you feel at home.

The driveway gates are 2.8 mtrs wide when open. Please consider this if you are bringing a boat.

House Rules:

* Please note this property sleeps up to 6 guests. If you have more than 6 guests your booking will be cancelled.
* We do not allow bookings for school leavers, groups under 25 years, hens or bucks nights.
* Parties are strictly prohibited.
* Guest will be required to complete an online check-in which requires uploading identification to our secure system.
* Fire pit is available for use between April and October only.

Margaret's Hampton Beach House makes you welcome as soon as you walk through the front door. Our group had a great relaxing weekend and the house makes you want to stay longer. It is a beautiful quiet location. The house has everything you need, including TOWELS & LINEN, who wants to make their bed when they arrive, and the beds are very comfy. All you need to take with you to Margaret's, is your clothes, beach gear, as it is just a short walk up the road, and food. If you don't feel like cooking the the Benchmark, pub, is just a short walk up the street and the food is good.Margaret's is very spacious indoors & outdoors. The communication with the host was not as streamlined as previous booking, but I feel this is because the house is managed by an agency, but once you get past this, it is worth the stay.The only negative thing is the button in the en-suite toilet needs fixing and the placemats could do with a wash.This is a good house for two or three couples or a family. Our group would stay here again.Thank you for having us.

Inside amazing; outside needs some TLC.

Fabulous girls weekend away. Inside the property is just gorgeous, extremely comfortable and immaculately presented; fridge filter needs a change, no cold water or ice. Outside hasn’t been cleaned in a while (front porch including furniture, back railings on ramp etc) and outdoor pest control drastically needed (numerous occupied webs around doors and windows). We note the property is pet friendly (we didn’t bring a dog) however the grass was all dried out and full of bindis. Highly recommend this property; although outside just needs some TLC.

Margaret St Hamptons House

Beautifully styled and featured high end appliances with indulgent bedding, bathrooms, ensuite and welcoming back deck to rest and refresh after a morning swim only 5 mins walk away. We loved the location to introduce us to both Bennetts beach, Jimmy's beach and also the natural environment which surprisingly was enveloped by so native fauna in the area which was an added bonus!

Exactly like the photos.

Gorgeous house exactly like the photos. Very safe, fully enclosed yard for my dog. Great covered back deck too for shelter when it rained. Great location 2 blocks from beach and close to shops.
