The location was excellent - within walking distance to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The sea front was very close, as were the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable with tea and cofree making facilities provided. The staff at the front desk were excellent - helpful with directions to get where we wanted and with suggestions for restaurants. I would recommend this property without any hesitation. and easily accessible. We Venetian fortress and Morosini fountain was also

I stayed here two nights previously. This time my room was not quite so soundproof against what was happening in the street and also inside the building. The windows are double-glazed and I had to have the aircon on all night for the white noise. Otherwise it was the usual pleasant, comfortable stay.
Hotel is visible to the left, down Theotokopoulou. Bar/cafe Chagiata is in foreground - wonderful place

I had two separate rooms here on different nights and they really were soundproof. Loved the private balcony, loved having a lift (elevator), loved having a town map although I still got a bit bamboozled every time I went out. It would have been nice to have the option of breakfast especially on Monday morning as food shops all shut Sunday PM and I had to venture far to find a kiosk selling yoghurt and fruit/nut bars. And beer.

The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. Additionally, the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions just a short walk away. I highly recommend the Mirabello Hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay

This hotel was well-located in the heart of Heraklion, and the 24-hour desk was very helpful. We got a smaller room but it was still smaller than we expected. Otherwise, check-in and check-out was very flexible, and there’s a relatively cheap parking garage a short walk away if you rent a car.

Hotel was clean, there was a bit of a smell in the room but generally had AC, bathroom was nice and the rooms were exactly as described otherwise. Staff were very accommodating with their 247 availability. Area, however, was covered in graffiti telling tourists to go home and with violent writings. But tourist attractions very near.

Mirabello hotel was an excellent choice overall relatively to its price. Is within a walking distance from the town centre and a supermarket. There is a private parking near which is perfect given Crete’s parking problem! It made our traveling across the island very comfortable!

It was pretty basic, good for the price I guess. The hotel is located in a more secluded area, a bit rouged, but a short walk from the city centre. The room itself was very small, bright blue lighting that was a bit medical, hotel staff was nice and helpful.
