The room was very clean and the staff were very polite. The breakfast was not what I expected. Just cereal, bagels, hard boiled eggs which was still in their shell and fruit which I had to peel. Also they had a malfunction with their room keys so we felt trapped in our room because we didn’t want to bother the staff to let us back in our room. I feel we should have gotten a discount or maybe compensation for the inconvenience. Also we had to pay a 50.00 accidental fee which they said we would get refunded if the room was good.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I struggle to regulate the temperature in the toom. I would set it and in the middle of the night it would go back to 74 degrees. I also had bees coming into the room around yhe window. They sprayed and there were a total of 13 bees killed

Overnight stay

The stay was fine for an overnight. I don't think I would book the hotel for a longer stay, but we just needed somewhere to sleep after a long day at Hershey park. Cons: the first thing we saw was that the window to our room was broken which made me a little nervous about safety. When we got into the room there was salt or sugar on the dresser that hadn't been cleaned. I think the room was a little pricey for the quality. Pros: staff friendly, beds were comfy, and parking outside of our room was readily available.
