Overpriced Motel

This hotel is severely overpriced for what it is. It feels like an elevated motel. For $1050+tax CAD, I don’t expect to have a door directly to the outside with a gaping hole under the door, dirty & chipped walls, paper cups individually wrapped in plastic for coffee and a wall unit for AC. I needed to put a towel to cover the hole under the door. Also the pool is very average. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Property was great, however, we did have some issues with the guests in the room next door. They were very intoxicated, going in and out of room and SLAMMING the door, yelling outside our door, and be very disruptive all after midnight. I called the front desk to ask them to please handle the situation (which was ever felt with) and my husband and I were woken up and kept up for hours. This was an escape for my husband and I. We live in the city and this vacation was to get away from the noise and chaos. I really like the property, but will probably never stay again as our room was very expensive and the staff did not seem to care about late night disruptions to other guests.
