I love the staff very friendly. Big THANK YOU to Kevin Pagnotto the Resident Manager, I was waiting for the front desk person and Kevin ask if he could help, I ask did he know the price of the chairs on the beach. He said maybe about 40 plus dollars, its not thou the Resort. But he said let him out around because so time guest leave thing. Kevin text me back and when you ready just ask the front desk for the chair. Kevin let me use his personal bag chair. Thats going above and beyond. Again, Thank you Kevin. I did see some review about the breakfast, it was good, our host and waitress Jill was great a nice variety with an Ouelette station. Now here are some bad points. just from reading the review before getting the resort, the elevator was out and it's still out as of 8/23/25. At the side, they had chairs/pads and cabanas for rent. My problem is NO ONE was partaking these items. So around the main pool you had about 15 chairs that your guess could have use. Take the pads off the chairs and let your guess enjoy the poolside (make that the grown people pool only...I think it just Hilton Head where there was not to do after 9 or so. Take one of your meeting rooms and a small club life for your grown folks guess only. But My biggest problem is the chairs.. The ladies at the front amazing.. Kevin amazing.. Nicole in the snack shop amazing .. Jill in the Caroline room, forgot the host name.

Amazing hotel/resort. The room was great. The property overall is well maintained and clean. The staff is excellent. The restaurants are good, albeit with somewhat limited menus. The pools were nice and the beach access was so easy. Can’t get anymore on the beach.

Attempted to check in at 5:15 pm. My room was not ready. The receptionists did not greet me, welcome me in, or attempt to be friendly. One of the employees was openly and loudly complaining about her job. The elevator by my room was inoperable so I had to pass 80 rooms or so before I got to mine. Didn't even stay the night.

We stayed at The Westin Hilton Head Resort for an extended weekend to celebrate our 20th anniversary, and it was wonderful from start to finish. The resort is beautifully appointed, and everything we enjoyed at the on-site restaurants was absolutely delicious. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The beach area was clean, orderly, and easy to access, and we really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to nearby shopping centers. Even with a few days of rainy weather, we had a fantastic stay and left feeling refreshed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway with top-notch service.

We had reserved a King Bed with an Ocean View. Thinking it would be a full Ocean view and balcony. The room we received had a full view of the side the neighboring hotel with a slight view of the ocean which also blocked by a tree. When we inquired they told us this was the room. I felt conned. We had also ordered room service during our first night there. They had a very limited vegetarian options (Salad, Humus and a quesadilla.) We ordered all three, and the food horrible. The humus was bland and tasteless, the quesadilla was greasy to the point that if we ate it would risk a hear attack. The highlight was the salad.

Great check-in and out staff. Room service was excellent. Hotel is updated with great beach access. Allows pets, nice dog park around the back by beach. Pool is the best on the island.Highly recommend.

Concierge and View 32 were a 10! They were amazing. I gave a 6 overall because the building is outdated, housekeeping was inconsistent, the front desk needed more staff creating check-in and check-out to be a nightmarish line, an oceanfront/balcony room also means the banquet room’s peaked green metal roof, The Carolina Room was terrible - overpriced, slow service and food mediocre, elevators were out - one the entire stay and two on our departure day meaning we had to carry our luggage downstairs to the underground parking lot then walk around the complex to get to the lobby area for our uber - the 4 bellman standing around without any guests to help and just said sorry when they saw multiple guests having to do what we did. We will not be returning.
